SME Chapter 182 – Southern Piedmont
The September chapter meeting is scheduled to be held at Boston Gear. The agenda will include a brief overview of the company and its products followed by a plant tour. An offsite dinner following the meeting will allow a networking opportunity for you to meet or reacquaint yourself with other members.
Off-site Dinner afterwards at Bubba's BBQ, 4400 Sunset Rd.

Directions: I-85 Exit 37 - Beatties Ford Road (first exit west of the I-77 interchange)
Go left to the first light north of I-85,
Take a left on Hoskins Road
Take first left onto Carrier Drive
Boston Gear is 1 mile on the right (701 Carrier Dr, Charlotte)
Park in the front of the building and enter the lobby
Your GPS may not recognize Carrier Drive – The old name was “I-85 service road north”

The executive committee has developed a schedule for the 2010 – 2011 chapter meeting year. We will hold a chapter meeting on the second Thursday of each month. The executive meeting will be held the third Thursday of the month. Any chapter member is welcome to attend the executive committee meeting and participate in chapter management and planning.
Feel free to invite friends and colleagues to chapter meetings. They don’t have to be a member.
